What kind of junk do you remove?

The easy answer to this is basically everything. Junk removal is not a one size fits all and our jobs vary. A1 Services hauls leftover junk to the dump after people move. We work with property managers and realtors to remove unwanted junk after a tenant leaves. We help homeowners get rid of leaves and branches after a cleanup. We haul items to Goodwill and other donation centers. We do furniture removal which usually consist of couches, mattresses and appliances. A1 Services also does concrete and construction waste removal.

 

What do you charge for your junk removal service?

 We offer two different pricing structures that fall in line with standard prices for junk removal in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. For appliances and furniture removal we offer a flat fee that you can find here. For junk removal we charge based on how much it fills up our trailer. Our trailer is 12’x6′ and we can stack it up to about 6′. A full trailer will cost between $250-300. A half full trailer is $125-150 and a quarter full trailer is $75.

Where do you take the items you remove?

It depends on the item. For most junk removal jobs in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho we take the junk to the dump. Sometimes we come across items when we do furniture removal and appliance removal that can be donated. For concrete removal and construction removal we take the items to landfills. For donation center hauling we take the items to the donation center of your choice.

How does our junk removal work?

Our process is really simple and we work with your timeframe. Contact us and let us know what junk you need removed or hauled. It helps to send us a picture of what you need removed. We then give you an estimate on how much we think the junk removal will cost. Once we agree on the price we schedule a time and we even offer same day services in some situations. If you are located outside of Albuquerque or Rio Rancho it may take longer. On the day of the job we contact you 30-minutes before we arrive and then we remove your junk and haul it to the correct place.

Does the customer have to help?

The easy answer is, No! While we do all of the heavy lifting and junk removal, we do ask a few things before we start. To ensure the job goes as smoothly as possible, we ask to have the items that need to be removed be as separated as possible from everything else. 

How do I pay?

A1 Services Junk Removal and Hauling takes cash, check, PayPal, credit and debit cards, Venmo and Apple Pay. You pay when the job is completed. For large, multi-day jobs, we do ask for a deposit.
